Founder & CEO
Cristina Parrondo
Cristina founded Siglo 21 in 2005 and continues to lead the company as CEO. Her vision is simple: an event team creates value when the right people are selected, properly prepared and placed where they can make the greatest difference to the experience.
Under her leadership, Siglo 21 has grown into a nationwide experiential staffing partner with more than 1,800 events delivered and the capacity to coordinate large multilingual teams for international organisers.
